For the Lens Day challenge of Flower. A manipulated Polaroid shot of the last bloom on my Orchid plant. I was amazed I kept it alive as long as I did. I have a history of houseplant neglect.

i’ve an orchid i’ve kept blooming since April: frankly amazing as i’ve usually killed ‘em before they’re even in the house:-)
the shot is just lovely btw.

Thanks for the comment. I can see the tell-tale signs of awkward polaroid scanning – the blocky blacks. It looks nice here though – I love the old film feel :)

Yes, it’s infuriating not being able to create the image exactly as I see it in my mind.
